A PRIAS inspector visits the factory once at least 80% of the order is packed, draws a random sample using AQL sampling (ANSI Z1.4 \/ ISO 2859-1) and reports exactly what was found.<\/p>\n\n\n<!-- IMAGE: Pre-Shipment Inspection (add a photo here, set alt text with the keyword) -->\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why it matters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Catching a problem at the factory costs a fraction of dealing with returns, chargebacks, late deliveries or a rejected container at your destination port.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we check during pre-shipment inspection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Quantity, carton count, assortment and shipping marks<\/li><li>Workmanship: stitching, seams, shading, stains, holes and finishing<\/li><li>Measurements against your size chart and tolerances<\/li><li>Function and fit: zips, buttons, grip, closures and wear<\/li><li>Labels, barcodes, hangtags and packing against your specification<\/li><li>Carton drop test and on-site tests where equipment is available<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How it works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You send the PO, specification and AQL level<\/li><li>Inspector arrives at the factory and checks quantity and packing<\/li><li>Random sample is drawn and checked by defect class<\/li><li>Report with photos is sent, usually the same day<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When to book<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Book when production is at least 80% packed and before final payment or shipping.
