Inline inspection to catch defects while they can still be fixed. During production inspection (DUPRO), also called inline or in-line inspection, checks your order while the factory is still producing, usually when 20% to 60% of goods are finished. Problems found now can be fixed before the whole order is made.
Why it matters
Defects found after packing mean sorting and rework, and often a missed ship date. Finding them mid-run keeps both cost and delay down.
What we check during during production inspection
- Cutting, sewing, assembly and finishing line checks
- Materials and trims against approved samples
- Early defect trends and their root cause
- Production progress against the agreed schedule
- Corrective actions from earlier inspections
- Line quality controls and in-line inspectors
How it works
- We agree the checkpoint with the factory and you
- Inspector reviews running lines and finished goods
- Defects are recorded with photos and rates
- You receive findings and recommended corrective actions
When to book
Book for first orders, new factories, complex products or tight delivery dates. It works well before a final random inspection.
What you receive
A short report with photos, defect rates, a production progress estimate and recommended corrective actions.
