Make sure the right goods are loaded correctly and safely. Container loading supervision (CLS) confirms the right cartons, in the right quantity, are loaded properly and sealed. It prevents short shipments, wrong goods and transit damage.
Why it matters
Loading mistakes are only found at the destination, when fixing them is slow and expensive. A supervisor on site prevents them.
What we check during container loading supervision
- Container condition: clean, dry, no holes or damage
- Carton count and marks checked against the packing list
- Random carton check of goods and packing
- Loading pattern, stability and damage prevention
- Photos of the empty container, loading and closing
- Seal number and container details recorded
How it works
- You send the packing list and booking details
- Supervisor inspects the empty container
- Loading is watched and cartons counted
- Container is sealed and a photo report is sent
When to book
Book for every full container load, especially high value or time critical orders.
What you receive
A loading report with photos at each step, the seal number and a count of loaded cartons.
